Millcon Steel Group of companies, starting from Millcon Steel Co.,Ltd. as original company established since 1998 and became a listed company in Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) in 2007 which has been expanding its various business areas till present, has been in process of strategic business transformation in the era of “ Digital Economy” following the approach of industry 4.0 , the 4th Industrial Revolution.The initiatives of methodology to be applied to build Millcon Steel Group of companies started from the brainstorming process and workshop session among the middle to top management of Millcon Steel Group to share the individual view that finally brought to conclusion for the new group’s vision and mission. Consequently the action plans then have been initiated to move on as the first pace toward the direction of Industry 4.0. The state of art digital technologies in various fields currently available for use has been implemented in specific area for some time whereas the new ones have been in planning process. The industry 4.0 technologies which have been adopting at present and planning for in near future to enhance the strategic business transformation to be presented will cover BUILK ,HRIS : eUnite HCM , New ERP-SAP , L3 QCS and Maintenance Management Software. The expected results arising from those tools will be elaborated respectively.
