Hosting a farewell party for exchange students like Francesco, I could not find any proper time for saving him our last dance or saying him a special good bye - since I really had taken a liking in him.
But being engaged all the time in running the party and taking care of guests and my kids as well - I felt sad being unable to tell him that I really had taken a liking in him, despite him being so much younger than myself.
