Adibah Amin is no stranger in the world of publishing. She was an acclaimed columnist who made her name during the 1970's for her columns "As I Was Passing" in the New Straits Times and ìSilap tu, Sayangî in Berita Harian. Already a famous novelist, she added poetry and radio drama scripts to her long list of resume. In addition, she was also a prolific and skilled translator. Throughout the years, she became famous and dabbled her feet into the world of film and acting. Her throes in the field of language had acknowledged her as a recipient of the SEA Write Award in 1983.
