The late Walter Williams was a welder, farm implement dealer and pilot in west central Saskatchewan in the 1950s. He flew pregnant women, injured children, corpses, criminals, doctors, RCMP officers, books, corpses and friends to hospitals and other destinations – often in horrible weather conditions and without regard for safety or common sense.
